CLASSES

Group Training

Our group classes involve high-intensity workouts with a group of individuals under the guidance of a coach. workouts typically include a combination of functional movements such as weightlifting, gymnastics and cardiovascular exercises. The goal of the class is to provide a general level of preparedness and improve overall fitness and physical performance.

Personal Training

Personal Training involves a one-on-one fitness session. The coach works with the individual to create a customized workout plan based on that client’s specific fitness goals, abilities and any limitations they may have.

Nutrition

Nutrition coaching involves bi-weekly body scans as well as a plan to develop and implement healthy eating habits that align with the individual’s goals. The coaching focuses on sustainable, long-term changes in eating patterns and behavior with the aim of achieving optimal health and wellbeing.

BURN

BURN class is a High-Intensity Interval workout that focuses on body weight movements with t he occasional dumbbell or kettlebell. BURN is designed to give athletes amazing fat burning workouts.
